Fundraise for DROR
DROR is a nonprofit that relies on sponsorships and donations. The marathon is our annual fundraiser and is responsible for the majority of our income for the year. We are blessed to have very generous friends and sponsors, who year after year, contribute generously and keep our organization afloat. But, as our program grows, so does the need for further donations. Help us change the lives of our young women by donating to or fundraising for DROR, and allowing us to provide these quality programs at a low cost/no cost to its participants.

DROR supports young girls’ empowerment through education, sports, volunteering and socialization.
We're changing the conversation about young women. We want them to retain their unique voice into adulthood. We want all young women, including those who are struggling, to believe they are capable and succeed.
We provide academic tutoring, self-defense classes, social events, and the opportunity for mentorship and discussion to help strengthen 7th-9th graders in this crucial junction in their lives. By supporting DROR, you are contributing to a life, to a community, and to the future generation of women.

DROR is a nonprofit that was founded 8 years ago by Sima Menora, a Bet Shemesh resident, in memory of her two daughters who were killed in a plane crash. DROR’s mission is to empower young girls, to provide a support network that will allow them to fulfill their personal goals, strengthen their self-esteem, and to make their voices heard.
The organization offers academic tutoring, personal mentorship, socialization, sports classes, volunteering and social events. We run 3 streams of programming for young women, and are supported by donors and volunteers.

עמותת דרו"ר הוקמה לפני 8 שנים על ידי סימה מנורה, תושבת בית שמש, לזכר שתי בנותיה שנהרגו בתאונת מטוס. מטרת העמותה היא העצמת נערות, לספק מעגל תמיכה שיסייע להן להגשים את עצמן, לחזק את בטחונן העצמי ולהשמיע את קולן.
העמותה מעניקה סיוע לימודי, חונכות אישית, השתייכות קבוצתית, חוגי ספורט, התנדבויות ואירועים חברתיים.
היא מפעילה 3 תכניות שונות לנערות, פועלת על בסיס של תרומות בלבד והמון רצון טוב

עמותת דרו"ר תומכת בהעצמת נערות, אנחנו מעניקות חוגי ספורט, סיוע לימודי, חונכות אישית, השתייכות קבוצתית התנדבויות ועוד. כל זאת בכדי לסייע לנערות בגילאי החטיבה, תקופה קריטית להתפתחות הנערות ולבניית עתידן.
חשוב לנו שכל נערה תוכל לבטא את הקול הייחודי שלה. של נערה, גם זו שמתקשה, תאמין ביכולות שלה ובכוחות שיש לה להצליח.
